"The property was extremely comfortable and spacious. It was clean, fully equipped for cooking or dining in, and the beds were very comfortable. Our host, Sante, was very responsive and provided answers to all our questions — from beach towels, to where to eat, to the best beaches in the area. We thought the property was beautiful, well-furnished, and offered everything we needed for a pleasant and memorable holiday in Monopoli. We hope to return in the future! "I recently stayed in this apartment and had a fantastic experience. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the city center and 20 minutes from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for exploring both areas. The apartment itself was spotless, with very comfortable beds and three bedrooms plus two bathrooms, which was perfect for our family of five. Parking was hassle-free, right outside the building. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to easily prepare meals during our stay. The host was outstanding – very communicative and provided us with great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Punctual handover of the keys. On the day of departure, we were also able to store our luggage in the apartment until the afternoon. Once again, perfect communication and punctuality.
