It is much more than just a temporary accommodation—it represents the owners' vision of providing an experience that goes beyond the usual visit to the beautiful region of Puglia. Our apartment is located in Monopoli’s residential area, just 100 meters on foot from the train and bus station, which provides easy access to the stunning coastal area and some of Puglia’s most beautiful destinations, such as Alberobello, Locorotondo, Polignano a Mare, Cisternino, the Castellana Caves, Fasano’s Safari Zoo, Ostuni, Lecce, and Bari. It is also 100 meters from the hospital and just 250 meters from Monopoli’s city center, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, and the historic district.
Within a 250-meter radius, all easily reachable on foot, you will find a pharmacy, casual dining spots, bars, a pastry shop, a supermarket, a fish market, a tobacconist, a beauty center, a church, a gas station, a fruit and vegetable shop, a children’s playground, a pizzeria, a car rental service, and the city’s main shopping streets (Via Umberto and Via Roma).
